    As a small, veteran-owned business, I took my shot when I founded Iron Site Performance — and that same drive continues to fuel everything we do today.   • EVAN'S STORY

    Growing up, sports were a huge part of my life — mainly baseball and football. But I didn’t truly discover my passion for training
    until I joined the U.S. Navy in 2015. That’s where I met my brothers and sisters who pushed themselves every day to be their absolute best, both mentally and physically.

    During my time in the service, I learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and consistency. I spent countless hours in the gym, mixing up my workouts each week and pushing my limits. It wasn’t just about getting stronger — it was about the mindset, the drive, and the sense of purpose that came with every rep. That’s where my love for fitness truly began, and it’s what eventually inspired me to create Iron Site Performance.

Through every experience, good or bad, military or civilian, I’ve learned that no one can take those steps for me. Progress starts with personal accountability and the decision to show up.
